Shipping Policy

Delivery Timeline: All orders are processed and handed over to our courier partners quickly. You can expect your package to be delivered right to your doorstep within 5 to 7 working days from order confirmation.

Delivery Fee: Flat rate of 450 LKR Island-wide.

Tracking Your Package: Once your order is handed over for delivery, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Our courier partner will also contact you via SMS or a phone call prior to delivery to ensure you are available.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your items. If something isn’t right, we are here to help under the following guidelines:

3-Day Return Window: We accept returns and exchange requests strictly within 3 days of delivery. Regrettably, any requests made after this 3-day window will not be accepted.

Item Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in the exact same condition that you received it, with all original tags securely attached.
